I am really excited to tell you about The Bistro because it was one of my favorite restaurants. Why?
- It Was Delicious
- Excellent Service
- Consistent
- Open 24/7
When my daughter and I first arrived our room was not ready yet. The Bistro is just downstairs from the lobby so off we went. This was our first dining experience at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Here’s the Lunch/Dinner Menu including prices if you aren’t A/I.
Lunch and Dinner Menu
Everything was delicious and it set the stage for what was to come. I ordered some Guacamole and the French Onion Soup and Caitlynn got the Chicken Caesar Salad. We didn’t want to go too crazy because dinner was just around the corner.
This was some of THE BEST French Onion Soup I’ve every had. And I know soup because I’m a soup kinda girl LOL. The picture doesn’t do it justice, there was such a depth of flavor.
Every time we visited the food was delish. My hubby and I went for an early lunch and he ordered the Clam Chowder and guess what I ordered??? You guessed it…the French Onion Soup.
Clam Chowder
For our Second Course Sean ordered the Creamy Chipotle Penne Pasta with Chicken and I got the Nayarit Style Fish Fillet, also fantastic.
Breakfast was also very good. When we were there you ordered off the menu and they also offered a bread station and cheese/cereal/yogurt station. There was an extra charge for these “stations” so if you aren’t A/I you should probably ask first. I didn’t see the “Benedict Station” listed in the menu so maybe that is offered on Saturday or Sunday.
Breakfast Menu
They also have a Midnight Menu AND Kid’s Menu. And remember they are open 24/7 so any time you get hungry head to The Bistro or call Room Service.
